Can you elaborate more?? Did you reinstall your OS (clean install) on the same pc??

Which computer? The OEMs, beginning with Win8, then Win8.1, then Win10 and now Win11, have the required information built into the motherboard and after install Windows should activate when connected to the Internet. Or look in System.
