1. C:\ProgramFiles for 32-bit or ProgramFiles x86 for 64-bit\WindowsAPPS
2. C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Application Shortcuts
3. C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Packages
NOTE :
#2 and #3 requires enabling " show hidden files and folders " from File Explorer Options > View > put a dot at Show hidden files, folders or Drive " > OK when done.

The first path in the above post is sufficient.
This Pc -Windows10 - Program files - Windowsapps
As said, It is a hidden folder, so you will need to change the options , but also the security. in order to look inside the folder. It wont help too much, as they are encrypted.
The other two are where the dat is stored for the Apps.
Store Apps are in Windows \SystemApps
