First attempt failed without much detail as to why, but.....
Simply clicking the "try again" button seems to have gotten the job done.

I'm a little out of touch with these. Is that the build for the next release (after the Fall one)?
OK. Found the answer. It is.
As Tracy asks - Anything special? I see it has a very lengthy list of fixes etc.

I had upgrade my 1803 to the insider build.
Do not feel any difference.
