internet explorer window 10

I am having trouble with internet explorer,. Dell check the computer and said it was ok. I have a windows 10 but the internet freezess. when I open the computer the internet has a problem and cannot open. I do not know how to fix or what the problem is, Can use an answer lorraine

I have switched to Edge Browser
Try that and see if you get the same problem
