Is Microsoft 3D Builder no longer available in the Microsoft Store?

I’m trying to use Microsoft 3D Builder to create a 3D mug, but I can't find it in the Microsoft Store. Has 3D Builder been removed recently? I’ve seen other users asking about its availability too. Any information on what happened to it or if it’s been moved would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
