Microsoft won't let me sign in to my account

I pay a lot for my subscription, but now Microsoft won’t allow me to sign in. I filled out the recovery form, but I was kicked out because I don’t know my Xbox 360 console number, which I haven’t used in years. The issue started when Microsoft forced me to use two different emails, causing significant problems.

Now I’m permanently locked out of my Microsoft account, but I’m sure I’ll still be charged for my annual subscription. What does it take to get the assistance I need?

Just for clarification, Annual Subscription for what? Windows is not a subscription [yet], either OEM that came with the computer or a Retail version used for Custom builds or installing when an Upgrade is not available.
