Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 Won't Open

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 won't open on Windows 10. I get a message that says it must be opened by the computer administrator. I am the only user and don't have an administrator password. The program ran on previous versions of Windows with no trouble.

Can you try right-clicking the game icon and selecting "Run as Administrator" please? It's probably the case that your account is the one with Administrative privileges, but you need to allow apps to run with enhanced permissions.

If that works, you can right click the icon, click properties > compatibility and make sure it always runs in administrator mode.
