Is there a method to apply a keyboard shortcut to open this directory instead of navigating to it manually? If not, can one be created?

Looks like you needed to take the next step and choose/click on an icon from those many listed, indicated by the horizontal scroll bar.

I don't want to open a folder. I wanted to create a keyboard shortcut that would allow me to access this prompt without clicking through each menu. Work requirements are relevant to me, I just wanted to know if it could be done.
