I'm trying to upgrade my Lenovo Ideapad U410 to Windows 10 and keep receiving BAD_POOL_HEADER every time it tries to install new drivers. The Lenovo site says it's incompatible, but I've also read of people who have successfully done it. If this is possible, I would like to know how.

If Lenovo says it's not compatible I'd go with that recommendation even though others are reporting a successful install. With out the proper BIOS, chipset drivers being made available for your model...one is just asking for problems down the road.

From what I know of that error message...it relates to bad memory somewhere on the system. There should be .dmp file that the BSOD guys can pin point the exact problem.
