Lost user account

I have just recently upgraded to windows account, or should I say My wife did on her account. I now no longer have my account which was the main admin account and on starting up, it goes straight to my wife's account. On checking documents, all my files have been saved under what it used to be saved under, however I no longer have an account. This also means that all my saved favorites on Google are gone. Any help would be great

And what happens when you log off from the "wife's" account. Do you see your account as a selection down near the bottom left of the logon screen?
