Missing dll files

I find that after the system is up for awhile, that when I try to open a program I get a message saying that a dll file is missing. This occurs with several different programs and different dll files are mentioned.

Reboot solves the issue, but after some time it reoccurs. This only started happening within the last week or two. I have the latest updates as of today Jan 29 at 5:58pm EST.

Solution???
