Mouse hekp

hello everyone,
thanks you in advance for reading and helping me. heres a link to a youtube video and in the video you can see this persons mouse going all over the video and when he clicks on something a circle will appear for 1/2 a second and then disapear. can anyone help me how to do that same thing on my computer? thanks again

That is a function of the recording software that he is using.
