Mouse button changes all the time

Hi

My Mouse button changes all the time back to what it was from right to left handed. Started I think after a recent Windows updates. no matter what I do it keeps changing back almost instantly. It also is doing it on my other PC too.

Have uninstalled and let Windows 10 reinstall and still changes from what I set it to.

Any solutions as I can't find any on the Interent or here.

After making the change it may need the Apply button clicked to set it then click OK.
