Windows 10 - Mouse Left Hand Click Button

Can anyone help me please.... My left hand mouse button does not work on the Windows 10 tool bar on the desktop when I click on the start icon and when I try to open a duplicate application on the tool bar. Can anyone help please?

As a test, can you please try starting the system in Safe Mode and see if the problem persists.
You may get some message screen saying something like "This App can't run" or similar, just ignore them.
Use Safe Mode to test your left click to see if it is still not working.

After a minute or two just reboot Windows normally and test again.
