SOLVED Msi Wind U135DX won't upgrade

When trying to upgrade from W7 to W10 I get a 'Processor not supported' error or 'your processor isn't NX compatible' so it won't upgrade. But performing a clean install works fine but then I cannot activate it, now what?

When trying to upgrade from W7 to W10 I get a 'Processor not supported' error or 'your processor isn't NX compatible' so it won't upgrade. But performing a clean install works fine but then I cannot activate it, now what?

Well after a week away The GWX automatically downloaded Windows10. It would not do a 'save everything' install but finally did a 'don't save anything' install & it worked. It has activated & I am now reloading the programs I require manually before making a system backup.
