Need Help with New Error Appearing READ INI FILE ERROR

as of today, I am getting an error ...

Read ini file error - error

I have researched for hours and can only find specific ini errors to certain programs, this simply says error and I have found nothing to help, can anyone please help me correct and get rid of this error.
