SOLVED OneDrive Keeps staying Disabled in Task Manager Startup

OneDrive on my Dell laptop has quit starting up automatically on boot up. Going to the Startup tab in Task Manager, it keeps staying as Disabled even if I change it to Enable and restart. I have OneDrive enabled in Apps Startup and in Settings in OneDrive. I have also uninstalled OneDrive and reinstalled it and this does not help. My Windows 10 installation is up to date.

Problem solved. Found out it was my Avast anti-virus software. Uninstalled it and all is fine now with OneDrive loading on startup.
