PIN Not Working Due to Security Info Change: Locked Out for 30 Days?

I'm in the process of updating some security information on my account, but now I can't use my computer for 30 days. When I try to use my PIN, it prompts me to reset it, but I’m unable to do so because of the 30-day restriction.

Is there any way to resolve this so I can access my computer before the 30 days are up?
