I can't log in to my computer because my PIN isn't working

Hello eveyone! few months ago, my Microsoft account was compromised, and support couldn't restore it, so they permanently suspended it. Yesterday, when I tried to log in with my PIN, I got an error message saying it couldn't be verified. When I tried to reset my PIN, it asked to send a code to an email I no longer have access to. I've tried restarting and safe mode, but nothing works. I need your help. Thanks.
