PNG "It appears that the file was moved or renamed" and Teracopy "Error moving the file to Recycle bin"

So, I had a png image but when I opened it, it said "It appears that the file was mover or renamed" and the file was in Quick access, I tried to move the file to the recycle bin but Teracopy said "Unable to access file", then I pressed OK, and the screen came and there are options such as Copy, Move, Test and Delete, and I pressed Delete, it said "Error moving the file to recycle bin" and the auto-scroll said, "Failed". I tried to delete the file because I couldn't use It anymore, but it never went to the recycle bin, it was always in Quick access.
