No joy on this one I'm afraid...
First attempt failed, "Retry" attempt failed.
Cleaned Software Distribution Folder, rebooted and tried again with the same results.

I'll keep trying, but....
I can't say that I'm over enthusiastic regarding the bother.

Interestingly (or maybe not) the KnowledgeBase Number KB4508451 reference in the failure noted above seems to have succeeded back on August 8th....
Go Figure.
