today we’re releasing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18950 (20H1) to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring.

Downloaded and Installed ok. Runs ok so far

They've release an ISO for this build today.

If you get this message:

that means that your IP is blocked by the MS Server ("tech support" confirmed it). That does not mean, YOU did something wrong, just someone in your IP-Range...

There is a workaround though named VPN (Opera browser has a built in VPN that is free)..
