Preview Build 18941

[Trouble]

today we are releasing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18941 (20H1) to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring.

There are apparently possible install issues that could result in a boot loop so reading the "Known Issues" along with possible remedies might be worth reading.

Very slow getting ready and install but works ok

Same here and this seems to be the case with these upgrades so I guess I'll stop mentioning that they take forever to install.

After I put it to sleep and then resumed in a few minutes it had changed my settings and infuriated me with "Just a moment" so long I reset my computer and reentered my log in settings to Never

They are screaming over in the Microsoft forum due to the c1900101 error mentioned in the Build announcement. They should have known of the possibility, but having a build where something so basic as a SATA controller could stop the upgrade, is a little strange.

IF there is one thing that I have learned over a reasonably long and profitable career in tech, it's that Nobody Reads the Directions.
It's probably the main reason that I have been allowed to enjoy a very comfortable retirement.
