Preview Build 20211

Downloaded but stuck on 35% install for at least an hour.
Also trying to install cumulative junk for the umpteen times with download error that is wearing out my hard drive with Net junk I will never use

still stuck on 35%. I don't recall ever having this trouble before. any suggestions?

Could not get the update to do anything or stop. Gave up on that update and drive now using a backup that works but slower than my N300 Toshiba which is getting worn out.

Don't know if this has anything to do with anything or if it might help, but...
I routinely empty the contents of the C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution folder before downloading a new build and delete the Windows.old folder.

I tried to stop this update but after many hours it actually works. I had changed to the beta and expected this to stop the update but it ignores what you want.

Got it on one, so far no big issues. Getting it now on the other.
