I bought an off lease computer that came loaded with Windows 7 PRO.
Will I still be able to upgrade to Windows 10 PRO as I do not have Windows 7 disc.
It was bought from a store that sells off lease computers.
Thank you for any help.

You do not need the disk. The disk is only for reinstalling Win 7 if you don't like Win 10.
Make sure your Win 7 Pro is SP1 installed.
You will need update KB3035583 installed via Windows Update.
Once that is done, you will see a Get Windows 10 icon at the system tray area.
Click open it and you will see the reservation for win 10 upgrade.
Fill in the info and your are done.
When July 29th comes, you will be notified that Win 10 is downloaded to your computer and you will have a choice of when to install it.

Thank you for your reply. I do have the icon on my desktop and I have reserved my copy of Windows 10.
I did have that update installed.
I thought I had read that you needed license number and since it came pre installed with Windows 7 PRO
I had no idea how I was going to find out what it is.

"license number " as in product key number ?
If yes, your product key number is on a sticker either at the back if you have a Desktop computer, or at the bottom if you have a laptop.
The product key number is a 25 digits set which is divided into 5 sets each set consists of 5 digits.
example :
xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx

NO !!

Not INSIDE the laptop.

The product key is at the OUTSIDE bottom of your laptop.
Turn your laptop up side down.
