In x32Win10ProV22H2 I have recently been RE-finding already moved or deleted files in a download destination. If I delete them again, they may well show up AGAIN. What can be going wrong ?

nothing is wrong windows wont let you delete these files

check if the processor in your systen can handle 64bit which is what win10 should run on and allow increased memorysupport

"windows wont let you delete these files" - that would seem to NOT be true, because the folder does empty - UNTIL it is re-opened.
The regeneration applies to different files, so A might get regenerated on Monday, but D, E & F on Wednesday and G & H on Friday (in a manner of speaking)

My processor CAN run x64, but I choose not to, because a program that I value, works better in x32.
