SOLVED Reinstall win 10 question

1- PC had win 8 and currently had win 10. What are options to reinstall win 10 while keeping data and only need to add programs as needed

2- reinstall and not concerned about user data.

3- since this PC was the wife's I no longer want it tied to her microsoft. Yes I could just add me, but want to start over.

Thanks again "trouble"?

First time through as "keep personal data" on startup users accounts were still there. 2nd time when with other option which reset everything to "out of box". and setup everything. Also made the old(2015) I3 run good enough for what I use it for now, mostly streaming media which in our garage.
