SOLVED Reload on Chrome

When I visit Tab.com.au on Chrome after a while the page says to 'Reload', this only happens using Chrome.

Sure I can click it and know that it says I have too many programs open, but it doesn't happen on Firefox, Microsoft so why can't Chrome stop this.
