My Windows crashed so someone reloaded it but now I have to use PIN or PW

When I purchased My DELL LT new, I found an option that allowed me to bring up Windows 10 without PIN or PW. Then it crashed and had to have a repair shop reload Windows 10.
Before the crash, I never had to logn with a PIN or PW. But Now, I can't find that option. The Internet has methods of doing this but since Windows 10 has thousands of "mods", versions, and it changes daily, those do not work? Cant find that option..
I am disabled and my LT NEVER leaves my bed so it was convenient to have this option. CAN I STILL get on Windows 10 without a PW or Pin? If so, how?

My guess is the repairer used a Microsoft Account, was it yours? The PIN is assigned after the Password and the Password and PIN if assigned should have been provided to you, I'd complain to them.
