Error )x800706ba after computer crashed and windows 10 reinstalled and windows insider updated to 20185

Since my computer crashed and I refreshed windows 10 and reinstalled windows . I then installed windows insider 20185

Now I get an error when I try to use icloud, com to link to my other email address on icloud.com

Can anyone help please?
