Windows 10 has crashed 6 times today and 4 times yesterday

Keeps giving message "your pc has encounted an error" and shuts down, re-boots and lasts about 10 minutes and does the same thing. this is driving me mad. please tell me what to do.

does your laptop/PC have any recovery tools by pressing something like the "F11" key (or whatever key it is for your model at boot!). Please tell us what make and model and then we can help you further.
