Greetings,

Is there a way I can remove my email address from the user login?

My user name is listed along with others who use the computer. I am

prompted to enter my password. I would rather

my email address not be shown.

Cheers

I could show you a way to do that. HOWEVER.........

1. It requires registry editing.
Are you comfortable in doing that ?
You messed up, you could damage your computer.

2. The result of that method will require you to enter BOTH your username ( email address ) and your password.
Will that be bothersome ?

3. The profile picture, if you have one setup, will become "generic".

Thank you David. I appreciate your reply. I think I will experiment a little more Windows 10, do some more research , and then make a choice.

I wonder what the train of thought was behind an email requirement. Hmmmmm?
The ability to "gently" suggest other products?
