I plan on giving my son my pc. I ran a reset and I am having problems. I can no longer sign in. I get the message 'The user profile service failed the sign in. User profile cannot be loaded.' I have tried the download to use the Media Creation Tool and cannot get it to load (usb or disc). I tried using my Win XP cdan it starts to load and then quits when it gets to loading Windows. I then get an error 'Driver IRQL not less or equal'. I don't know what else to do or how I can get into Windows. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
