SOLVED Selfrestarting at setting up user datas

Hello,
First I wanted to say that my english is not so good so I apologize .

My problem is ,
I finally installed Windows 10 ( Upgrade from W7 Home Pr. ) and then I have to fill some data like what language you wanna use and so on , then when I was filling up an Gmail It crashed to Bluescreen , I thought that its just some crash bc. its out for short time and I started to filling it out again , than I came to "use express setting" and I have clicked and it said "moment" so i wait . For a little moment ( maybe second or less ) came blackscreen and windows just restarted itself . And I am again at first filling field .

I can't do nothink and i didn't find on Forums or guides something like that so will be happy with any help

"Solved" in someway , by reinstalling system ( shift+startbuttom) you will solve it but error threas still persist but i recommend to skip filling fields , and after you should install antyvirus and scan ,
