F9 Opens Settings

Until today, I could hit F9 and I could run whatever Python code I had selected. Now, I hit F9, and all I see is a Settings window popup, and my Python code doesn't run. I don't know what the heck happened, all I know is that my 2 year old son got on the machine and changed something. How can I re-link F9 to running python scripts, and NOT popup Settings windows in my Win10 environment? Thanks.
