For some reason unknown, the Settings cog is no longer showing under the Start 3 horizontal bar top left, found under the File explorer icon. Any suggestions, please to it showing again.

I checked your entries as above, and ticked each box as shown. The Settings cog on checking is now appearing. It now appears that one or more where disabled. Thank you for suggestion.
I am first to admit, experiencing strange changes at each start up. It requires me to post often on the Forum seeking help and help is at hand. Your settings solved my problem, and have taken note as I am sure it maybe needed again.
