Shift Key doesn't capitalize

I just updated the Windows 10 October update. I can't capitalize the word anymore using the 'Shift' Key on my physical keyboard. However, I can still capitalize the word using the touch keyboard in Windows 10.

Sounds like a driver issue. Try uninstalling the keyboard in Device Manager and rebooting the system. Windows should then reinstall the driver. Do you have access to a different physical keyboard to try? If a laptop, see if mfg. has an updated driver.

Already did that! Nothing happened.

All other functions of Shift Key are working normally.

Have you tried a different physical keyboard?

Move the KB to a different USB port, that might help?.
