Shortcut/Script for quick logoff/login as specific user

I used to use a program called FastUserSwitch back on Windows 7, that essentially locked the computer and switched to the screen to select a user all with 1 mouse click. I also had a shortcut in my quick launch that would logoff with just one click. Is there anyone who knows how I can make a script that can say, switch to another specific user without having to go through all the steps manually? My wife and I share the computer and my profile is always logged in. I just want to be able to press 1 button and have her desktop pop up. Thanks!
