Corrupt Shortcuts

Some of my shortcuts gets corupted maybe twice a month and i still have the program and everything but the shortcut doesent work, so i make a new one.

Does anyone have the same problem?
How do i fix?
Is this a virus?

Could you give some details of any particular shortcut instance, and how you make them

I have had GeForce experience since 2016 and yesterday the shortcut got corrupted, but geforcexperince was still fine on the computer and i put it on the desktop again
