Skype for Windows 10

Have downloaded Skype for windows but am unable to use - troubleshooter states that this is an incompatible program, any help on this would be appreciated. The error message when clicking on the desktop icon is :
Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe

I ran Win 10 and found Skype running OK but only after the latest update.

However, Win 10 failed to run the webcam and that made Skype a bit pointless.
Have reverted to Win 7 and all is well again
