I recently upgraded my i5-4460 to an i7-7700k, since I upgraded I have constant had a background process called svchost running in background, when I start up my PC it does not turn on for about 10 minutes meaning I have good FPS on games for 10 minutes before it greatly declines and becomes choppy and extremely bad FPS. I have tried contact microsoft support but they were no use. I have been looking for hours for a solution on different websites.
