Sys Image not a Sys Image

My girlfriend accidently deleted some emails that had photos attached. Rather than copy them out she has a habit of leaving them as emails. I thought no problem as I had done a system image 10 days before. Wrong. I ran the sytem restore and when I opened outlokk (office 2010) It was exactly the same. Also the Win10 vesion was the same. There had been an update the day before I ran the image restore. Everything is the same as before image restore. What is going on???

One thing about Outlook's settings is in the deleting of messages, can be set to either leave on the Server [ISP?] or also delete from the Server. Has that been determined, may need to contact the ISP?
