The long route to find out you are not getting help via email.

I've been waiting 5 months for a response from EA. And this is the email I get.

I can't login. That is why I need help. After two years of blacklisting EA because of this very issue. I decided to try again back in November. I was awaiting a response by December. And now here it is April and I receive this email. Absolutely nothing to do with helping me.
