Hello! I have a problem downloading Fallout on the Microsoft Store. I don't believe I would need the Windows Insider program yet I keep geeting the message, "This title is powered by great new features in the Windows Insider Program."
Edition Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC
Version 1809
OS build 17763.5696

I believe it could be a connection issue since Windows is LTSC and is being used in another country at the moment. Would a new version of Windows make any difference? Thank you!
