When I have multiple windows open an application (IE for example), and I hover over the icon in the toolbar, a pop up becomes visible of all the windows that are open. And then the pop up disappears so fast, I can't click on the specific tab/screen I want. I can't seem to find a setting to make this stay up longer. Is there a way to make the "hover list" (I don't what it's technically called) stay visible longer?

I use Chrome, that said when I hover my mouse over the icon in the taskbar....it just show the current tab or if I have multiple tabs open then it's the one I'm on. Next, that popup stays up as long as I have my mouse over it. If I move my mouse then it disappears.
