Trouble with restart

When I restart the program, it only show a black screen, then an old Microsoft song, still with a black screen,,,,,,,,,,. Eventually Microsoft Edge appears.
What should I do, I didn`t found Mr Fix, or troubleshooting relate to this problem

Wait long enough so the mouse cursor to appear when you move the mouse.
(blank screen with a white mouse cursor)

Then press the space-bar and enter your login password or pin (yes your doing this blind)

[EDIT] You might need to press the Ctrl key that way it will place the cursor in the password box that you’re currently not able to see.

You should now be logged into windows
if the desktop dose not appear after 30 seconds then press WindowsKey-P down arrow twice and enter.

well I not able to upload any photo , I chatted with microsoft tech and after 2 hours they said I need to pay #65, yes should be pound, but they mees up with my keyboard and still I can`t upload anything
I am furious,.
I spent all sunday in front my lat top and still no working
Regret to move to Windows 10
