Uninstalled Au Now Edge, Google Etc Keep Saying Web Sites Unsafe/privacy Issues (they Are Not)

Au installed and it was disaster - looked like safe mode and had a black edge to screen. reverted to windows 10 and all seemed well but when I went to various web sites, I could get to home page but when I wanted to go into other sections it wouldn't let me. It crossed out the https// bit with red and said that my privacy was not secure. I know this is not the case but can't get past this bit. can someone please help I am so fed up with the whole thing. thanks

Check your Internet Options/Security and see if Security is set on High.
