Video help please

In Windows XP video, I could select play all and having chosen reallayer to play my videos, they would all play continuously. I can;t figure out how to do this in Windows 10. I tried loading my videos into realplayer (which is a major pain) and still can't get them to play continuously. Realplayers playlist usage is not friendly either.

Win10 doesn't have much for DVD movie playing but a lot of folks like VLC from www.VideoLAN.org. I haven't gotten too involved with all its features but it has the capability of creating a playlist, playing it then quitting at the end. I like it for all the formats it can handle.
