Video loading

With Windows 10 it takes forever for a video to load. I can go to YouTube and everything loads quickly and no stop and go. If I go to AOL home page to read the news and there are videos, loading takes a long time. Yahoo news is the same way. I finally got the stop and go problem corrected, but the loading is terrible. If anyone has a suggestion, I would greatly appreciate the help.
