W.L.M. 12 name & subject line turning down 90 degrees.W 10

when w.l.m.12 opens the name and subject line turns downward at 90 degrees, at the right hand edge of the subject line, with a mirror image on the turned down line.Other words or symbols around the edge of the screen are distorted. I first noticed this soon after a major windows
update of w10.
Also,the computer has suddenly decided to print landscape no matter the setting. My laptop ,W10 and w.l.m. 10, has no problems like the pc. Thanks, ken ev
